    The Department of Permitting Inspection and Enforcement is offering monthly ePlan Customer Training Sessions in order to improve our ePlan service to customers and expand our electronic plans submittal services. Our ePlan Customer Training focuses on how to complete your online application and upload your plans for review in our ePlan system. The training sessions are held the third Thursday of every month. Seating is limited and offered on a first call, first served basis. All those who wish to attend this month's class need to reply no later than October 12th. All customers scheduled to attend an ePlan training session must print out a copy of the "ePlan Applicant User Guide" to bring to the class.
