The information meetings are designed to provide an orientation to those who are considering becoming a foster or adoptive parent. We require that anyone who desires to become a licensed Resource Parent attend one of our information meetings. The session is 2 ½ hours in length and offers information about the program while providing an opportunity for participants to receive the application packet, review it and ask any questions related to the process.

Please join State’s Attorney Aisha N. Braveboy in launching ‘Drive Focused, Sober & Safe,’ a countywide initiative to raise the awareness of the importance of driving safe on our roadways.
The Drive Focused, Sober, & Safe Campaign will begin with a Kick Off event on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Southern Regional Technology and Recreation Center in Ft. Washington. The half day event will engage residents of all ages with a panel discussion, exhibitors, interactive driving displays and student performances.

Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Aisha N. Braveboy invites you to join the Office of the State’s Attorney for Community in the Courthouse (CIC), a monthly event where members of the community can come to the courthouse and learn firsthand about the justice system in the County.
Community in the Courthouse brings concerned members of the community together to learn about the court system, the operations of the State's Attorney’s Office and other County agencies. Participants engage with prosecutors about how rulings, sentences, and various outcomes of cases affect the rights of all residents of the County. In addition, participants are invited to witness courtroom proceedings to hear actual cases.
