Centering Joy, Advocacy, and Creativity in Support of Mental Health
• The last workshop of the session will encourage participants to tap into their own expression and creativity in support of their own self-care and mental health. We will also explore what advocacy for mental health looks like for ourselves and for others, explore how art and creativity can be used as a form or advocacy in public spaces.
• For this workshop, I was thinking it would be great if we could mail participants "workshop kits" ahead of time that would include construction paper/colored pencils/markers etc. So that everyone could engage in the activity together with the same tools. For this purpose, would it be possible to gather addresses from participants ahead of time?
