Electronics Recycling Acceptance Site

Prince George's County opened the residential Electronics Recycling Acceptance Site in September 2000. County citizens and residents may drop off their used and unwanted electronics at this site, free of charge. Businesses may dial PGC311 for more information on electronic recycling.

A maximum of 5 monitors and/or televisions (non-console) per vehicle may be dropped off at the site on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday ONLY.
Greener Gadgets is a website that one can enter their zip code to locate a list of the nearest businesses that will accept e-waste at no cost.

Collection for Senior Citizens & the Disabled
Residents who qualify for this service should dial 3-1-1 to schedule an appointment for the at home collection of their unwanted electronics equipment. To qualify, no one living in the home can be under 65 years of age or be physically able to transport the material to the county’s facility
