Prince George's County will hold a series of Snow Summits

LARGO, MD – Prince George’s County will hold a series of Snow Summits to help residents prepare for the upcoming snow and ice winter season. The Snow Summits will begin on October 16, 2017 and end on October 23, 2017.

“We are really encouraging residents to prepare now for the winter season. Although we cannot predict what the winter season will bring, we are providing residents with information that will assist them with getting through the winter, regardless of the severity of the weather conditions,” said Darrell B. Mobley, Director of the Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T). Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III said, “I am pleased to see the various agencies working together to provide valuable information to the citizens of Prince George’s County in preparation of the winter months ahead.”
