The Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development is a comprehensive strategy that describes actions, activities, and programs that will take place during FY 2018 to address priority needs and specific objectives identified in the FY 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan. The FY 2018 Annual Action Plan also serves as an application for Federal funds: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME).
