[ARCHIVED] Public Meeting About Draft MGM National Harbor Comprehensive Transportation Plan

Local officials, including Police Chief Stawinski, will present an overview of the draft transportation plan for the opening of the new $1.4 billion MGM National Harbor resort that will open on December 8, 2016.

Upper Marlboro, MD: On Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Friendly High School 10000 Allentown Rd, in Fort Washington, MD, at 7:00 p.m., a public meeting about the draft MGM National Harbor Transportation plan will be held. At this meeting, local officials, including Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) Chief Stawinski, will present an overview of the draft transportation plan for the opening of the new $1.4 billion MGM National Harbor resort that will open on December 8, 2016.

Officials from Prince George’s County, MGM National Harbor, the Peterson Companies (owners of National Harbor) and our public sector partners have been meeting regularly to create a Comprehensive Transportation Plan (Draft) for the highly anticipated opening of this facility. All stakeholders are encouraged to attend this community meeting. This will be your opportunity to learn about this draft plan, ask questions, as well as provide your feedback.
