[ARCHIVED] Prince George’s County’s Low-Cost Vaccination Clinic Temporarily Suspends Services

LARGO, MD – The Low-Cost Vaccination Clinic at the Prince George’s County Animal Services Facility is temporarily suspending vaccination services during the months of July and August 2016. Walk-in services will resume on Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 12-2 p.m. Appointments are not required.

“The Low-Cost Vaccination Clinic provides an invaluable service to our pet community and their owners,” commented Animal Services Facility Associate Director Rodney Taylor. “Unfortunately, the extremely hot temperatures may adversely impact animals and owners that wait to receive vaccination services. To ensure their safety, the clinic will suspend vaccination services during these months. We look forward to resuming normal services in the fall.”

The Low-Cost Vaccination Clinic at the Prince George’s County Animal Services Facility is located at 3750 Brown Station Road in Upper Marlboro and provides pet vaccinations on the first Thursday of every month.
