[ARCHIVED] Prince George’s County Naming Facilities Committee to Hold Public Hearing on June 20

The Prince George’s County Naming Facilities Committee will hold a hearing to solicit comments from the general public regarding the naming of a County owned and maintained building in honor and memory of Wayne K. Curry, former Prince George’s County Executive who died of lung cancer in 2014. Interested persons may call 301 952-4131 to sign up.
The Prince George’s County Naming Facilities Committee is an advisory board formed by County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III that provides recommendations to the County Executive for the naming of buildings or facilities owned and maintained by County Government. The Committee membership includes business, community and governmental representatives.
