The Redevelopment Authority of Prince George’s County (RDA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified developers to deliver 8 Net Zero Energy (NZE) Single Family Houses (SFH). The 8 houses are to be located on; 2 building sites (7 SFH) in Fairmount Heights, Maryland, and 1 building site (1 SFH) in Capitol Heights, Maryland.
Proposals must be received and time stamped by the Redevelopment Authority no later than July 28, 2016 at 3:00 PM ET.
