Reduce Your Risk From Wildfire Smoke

Reduce Your Risk From Wildfire Smoke with N95 Mask

The Prince George’s County Health Department is offering residents free protective masks to reduce their exposure to pollutants. While it is strongly encouraged to avoid going outside, we understand that it may not be possible for all. Wearing a mask protects your lungs and respiratory system from air pollution. Additionally, prolonged exposure to harmful air will cause adverse health impacts. Therefore, if you must go outside, it is advised to wear a mask.
