County Employee ID

In order to request a replacement ID for a County employee, the Agency HRL must send the following information to Core HR via email to CoreHR@co.pg.md.us.

          1. Employee Full Name

          2. Employee ID Number (EIN)

          3. Agency Name

          4. Employment Status (Classified Services/Exempt, Temporary/Seasonal, or Contractor)

          5. Copy of Government Issued photo ID card (e.g., state driver’s license)

          6. Employee Photo that meets the following requirements:

                    a. Photo must be in color with a white background

                    b. Facial expression should be neutral or a natural smile with both eyes open

                    c. Use a clear image with a full-face view

                    d. Does NOT use social media filters, including wearing of sunglasses or hats, headphones, or other wireless hands-free devices

                    e. JPEG format
