REQUEST PROPOSALS RFP NO.OCS-2022-CPRK-02
Development of approximately ± 2.6 ac (113,256 SF) on the County owned parking lot sites, located at (College Avenue, Lehigh Road, Corporal Frank Scott Drive and 52nd Avenue), City of College Park, MD 20740.
Office of Central Services (OCS) is seeking proposals for a mixed-use development that takes advantage of the Greater College Park, which encompasses historic districts, up-and-coming new neighborhoods and a bustling downtown, welcoming a swath of amenities including hotels, retailers, restaurants and recreation, allowing for additional height, density and intensity or a significant commercial development. It is the County's intention to competitively select a Developer with the proven ability and interest to construct, operate and own the property once developed.
OCS is interested in receiving proposals that provide the most transformative opportunity for this College Park site and deliver the optimal return on investment. Interested development teams must submit qualifications, a design concept and a financial proposal. Below is an estimated Milestone Plan.
