- Right-of-Way Dedication Plats and Easements
- Street Tree and Lighting Plans
- Referral Review of Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Conservation Plans
*DPIE liaisons with utility companies (WSSC, PEPCO, BG&E, SMECO, Verizon, Comcast, Washington Gas and others).
The Utility Section also maintains:
- New Roadway Inventory
- County Pavement Management System
- County Storm Drainage Inventory
- County Stormwater Management BMPs Inventory
- National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Data for Stormwater Management BMPs
