Nonprofit & Governmental Worksite Partnership

A nonprofit organization or governmental entity may be selected as a County-funded worksite. Complete the online questionnaire about your agency's needs. Once selected, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be prepared, and the following documents are required:

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) Form (valid throughout the Youth@Work/SYEP program term). (Nonprofit organizations only). Ensure that the following information is included on the COI: 
    • Commercial General Liability Insurance –  $1,000,000 per occurrence limit and include sexual abuse and molestation coverage
    • Commercial Auto Liability Insurance –  $1,000,000 per occurrence limit
    • Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability Insurance – Maryland Statutory Benefits
    • In the Description of Operations Section: Name the Prince George’s County, Maryland as an additional insured on your General Liability policy. (Nonprofit organizations only)
    • Certificate Holder: Prince George’s County, Maryland, Contract Administration & Procurement Division, 1400 McCormick Drive, Suite 200, Largo, MD  20774 (Nonprofit organizations only)
  •  IRS Form W-9 
  • Personnel Policy (that covers Sexual Harassment and Workplace Disturbances)
