Effective April 19, 2023, any candidates that apply to an Administrative Aide classification job posting that have previously taken, and passed, the exam on or after February 1, 2023, will not be required to re-test; instead, previously test scores will be used to receive the passing disposition. If a candidate was administered the exam on or after February 1, 2023, and failed, they will be re-administered a new test link and giving the opportunity to re-take the exam.
Note: Only candidates that have met minimum qualifications are administered an Administrative Aide exam.
