Comprehensive Housing Strategy Summary Reports - Phase One - July 2018

The following Comprehensive Housing Strategy (CHS) Summary Reports detail the activities that took place in Phase One of the preparation of the CHS.  

The first step was to defined the methodology to be used for the various tasks. The methodologies identified the types and sources of data to determine existing conditions and trends in the County's housing market. The task also required the consultants, Enterprise Community Partners, to review all interim and preliminary reports produced by the County and other relevant documents identified by the Department of Housing and Community Development.
