All interested vendors may apply for a Mobile Food Service Facility Permit or a Special Food Service Facility Mobile Unit License.
STEP 1: Fire Inspection
Call Prince George's County Fire Department at 301-583-1830 to schedule a Fire Department inspection of your food truck. An appointment is required. Obtain Fire Department Inspection approval and pay $35 fee.
Requirements: Receive copy of a valid "Proof of Review" issued by Prince George's County Fire Department.
STEP 2: Submit Application
Apply for a Mobile Food Service Facility Permit via Momentum and pay $300 fee (includes Health Inspection).
STEP 3: Inspection Approval
Call Prince George's County Health Department at 301-883-7690 to schedule a Health Department inspection of your food truck. An appointment is required. Obtain Health Department inspection approval; fee is included with price of permit application.

STEP 5: Receive License to Vend
For this step only, apply for a license to vend at a hub through the Momentum process. Upload documentation of approved Health Department Inspection and Fire Department Proof of Review to apply for license to vend at approved Food Truck Hubs.
Prince George's County has implemented a Food Truck Hub Program to:
Increase access to food options
Encourage economic development and community revitalization
A Food Truck Hub is an outdoor area in which 2 or more mobile units cluster together to sell freshly prepared food. There can be up to 12 hubs in the county. A Food Truck Hub License will be issued on a yearly basis to a Hub Coordinator.
