Adam's House 

Adam’s House supports Prince George’s County residents who are transitioning back into the community from incarceration.  Staff work collaboratively with community-based organizations and service providers to assist clients and families in promoting healthy behaviors and supporting positive values.

The following information is required at time of appointment:

  • Personal Photo Identification: Driver's license, work ID, etc.
  • Residence: Utility or Cable Bill, Rent/Mortgage Agreement, etc.
  • Insurance Card and/or Proof of Income
  • Income: Recent Month's Paycheck Stub or Tax Return
