Office of Human Rights

In response to hate speech in the national news on December 1, 2022, the Office of Human Rights joins leaders, community members, and organizations across the nation and the world in condemning the vitriolic antisemitic rhetoric that is eroding both our collective community and our humanity. We unequivocally denounce antisemitism no matter who speaks it. There is no place nor excuse for bigotry, division, and hatred. We are better than this. To be silent in the face of such ignorance and hate is to allow it to grow. We know that we are stronger together, not as a meaningless platitude but as the reality of our world. We are rich in culture, creativity, intelligence, friendship, and love through the variety of individuals, faiths, and identities that make up our world. Join us as we continue the work of getting to know our neighbors, of building meaningful relationships across communities, and in standing up against hate, bias, and violence in their many forms.
