This project will create a luxury flagship development within walking distance to the Capitol Heights Metro Station. The RDA, in partnership with Community First Development Corporation, will construct 165 market rate multifamily residential units, 13 for sale town homes, and street level retail space on the four acre site. This transit oriented development on Maryland Park Drive is adjacent to the District of Columbia and has received its zoning approvals and is slated to break ground in 2017.

Pennrose Properties, LLC, along with B&W Solutions, Inc., and the First Baptist Church of Glenarden have teamed up to develop a 425 unit, mixed income community which will consist of senior apartments, family styled apartments and duplexes and for sale townhouses. Grading and site work are anticipated to begin in 2016 with the construction of the first Phase anticipated in 2017.
Towne Square at Suitland Federal Center is a 22 acre site within 1/2 mile of the Suitland Metro Station, located near the Census Bureau.
