COMPUTER TERMINALS, PUBLIC ACCESS
The Law Library has six computers available for Law Library users. Each computer provides access to the Law Library catalog, Microsoft Office, Internet, Westlaw, KeyCite, Hein Online, and an electronic collection of sample forms.
One computer is reserved for attorney use only. Another computer, designated a "Quick Access" terminal, is available for a limited period only—not more than 15 minutes per user.
The Law Library offers incoming and outgoing fax services within the United States, at a cost of $1.00 per page.
INTERNET LEGAL RESEARCH
While the Law Library computers provide internet access, we ask that users limit usage to legal research, to provide fair access to all Law Library users. Law Library users may access the internet for not more than 45 minutes daily.
The Law Library offers access to Westlaw, Hein Online, Maryland’s Peoples Law Library, Findlaw and Lexis One, for internet-based legal research. Each user is limited to 45 minutes per day, and subject to all other Law Library rules.
Please see a librarian if you have questions about internet legal research.

Wireless Internet access (WiFi) service is available to anyone with a laptop or other portable web-enabled device equipped with a wireless network interface card (NIC).
The Law Library does not offer printing services or configuration assistance for wireless devices, and cannot accept the liability of handling your equipment, but will provide access information for your use. The Law Library, Circuit Court, and Prince George’s County are not responsible for any damage to, or loss of, personal equipment or data.
The Law Library has two photocopiers for your use by Law Library, at a cost of $.20 per page. The photocopy machines accept coins and dollar bills; the Law Library staff cannot provide change.
