Jury Duty

Jury Duty is a right and privilege of citizens of the United States--
and guarantees our Constitutional right to a fair trial before a fair jury.

You may be called for jury duty to appear on a specific day in this court once in three years.

One Day/One Trial

Your summons requires you to serve:

  •  ONE DAY if you are NOT selected for a jury or jury panel, or
  •  ONE TRIAL, until that trial ends, if selected for a jury trial
