This is a collaborative endeavor for small, minority-owned and local businesses. The Conference is set for Friday, September 28 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Upper Marlboro.
The theme of the Expo is “Primetime Business with Prime Contractors” and is focused on showing companies how to access capital, propel their businesses, and build prime-supplier relationships and learn about second-tier opportunities.
While showcasing the small and minority firms in Prince George's County, this Conference and Expo will actively help firms build prime-supplier relationships and learn about second-tier opportunities. The focus is bringing to the table the key ingredients to helping your business grow.
Breakout Sessions include a one-hour workshop called “Strategic Alliances and Partnering” and Procurement and Finance panel discussions. In addition, the Conference will feature our recently launched "MEET THE PRIMES" forums, which will cover Construction, Information Technology, Architect and Engineering Consulting Services, and Health and Human Services."
Our exciting luncheon program will be headlined by Ms. Deanne Ayers-Howard, Esq., labeled as a serial business owner and entrepreneur in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Region and first African American woman to own a Marriott Hotel.
