Community Partnerships Division

Provides valued and meaningful community service and support to citizens through programs such as: 

 D.A.R.E. Program: The Drug Abuse Resistance Education Program is a series of classroom lessons that emphasizes the importance of resisting peer pressure and avoiding the use or involvement with illegal substances. 

Deputy Sheriff Explorer’s Program:  The Explorers program provides educational, competitive and recreational activities to students and adults, in an attempt to broaden their knowledge of the law enforcement profession.

D.A.Y Corps:  Provides guidance, advice and mentorship to students in eight middle schools in Prince George’s County. The program also conducts a Summer Youth Camp.
