Community Impact Grants

The Redevelopment Authority awards Community Impact Grants to county civic/neighborhood associations or community-based organizations that are incorporated as 501 ©3 entities to help implement innovative projects within the County’s inner beltway. Eligible applicants must be located within Prince George’s County and be in good standing with the State of Maryland.

The maximum grant amount is $50,000. Successful applicants shall have up to one year from the date of the executed grant agreement to complete the project and expend the grant funds. The Community Impact Grant Program does require a match from non-Prince George’s County Government sources, which can include both in-kind and cash contributions.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until such time the grant funds have all been spent. For more information, contact Tanya Diggs at 301-883-5300. THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROGRAM.

FEATURED GRANT RECIPIENT:  ECO CITY FARMS

Eco City Farms was the recipient of the RDA's first Community Impact Grant. The Project was the development of" ECO City Farms at Bladensburg". It includes plantings, a farm building, composting and beehives.
