LARGO, MD - Prince George’s County will host the 3rd annual “Clean Up, Green Up” beautification initiative on October 19, 2013.  This event demonstrates the County’s commitment to keeping our communities appealing and attractive.

“Every fall, “Clean Up Green Up” is a wonderful opportunity for neighbors, families, and students to beautify our roads, streets, and communities by planting trees and picking up trash,” said Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III.  “I want to thank Prince George’s County Government, the Neighborhood Design Center, Prince George’s County Public Schools, Maryland State Highway Administration and the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for their collaboration and hard work at making our County cleaner and greener.”
