3.      John Kong, President, t/a King Kong, Class B, Beer, Wine and Liquor, East Wind Inc., 2350 University Blvd., Adelphi, MD 20783 is summoned to show cause for alleged violations of Sections 6-201(r)(2)(1)(2), 6-201(r)(I)(ii)3A-F of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Rules 26(A)(3), 26(B)(12), 37(D), 58, 59, 60 of the local rules and regulations of the Board of License Commissioners to wit: That on Friday, September 6, 2013, at approximately 9:41 p.m., Deputy Cristian Mendoza along with Inspectors Sherman Calloway and Warren Bagby observed that the licensee significantly altered the mode of operation and the format of presentation of alcoholic beverages to the public; that the licensee is selling off sale of alcoholic beverages in a manner not authorized by the Board; that the off sale shelves are not an integral part of the main bar in the main dining room facilities, further that the restaurant of the establishment was closed and the dining room was being utilized as a storage area for alcoholic beverages.
 
4.   Surjit S. Gosal, President/Secretary/Treasurer, Class B, Beer, Wine and Liquor, t/a A1 Discount Liquors, 7910 Martin Luther King Hwy, Glenarden, MD 20706 is summoned to show cause for alleged violations of Sections 6-201(r)(1)3, 6-201(r)(2)2(v) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Rules 26(A)(3), 26(B)(12), 58, 60 of the local rules and regulations of the Board of License Commissioners to wit: That on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at approximately 11:54 a.m., Chief Inspector Albert J. Fanelli observed the restaurant closed and the off sale portion of the business open and operating.
 
5.      Peter Chang, President/Secretary, Class B, Beer, Wine and Liquor, t/a 51 Restaurant, Chestar, Inc., 3207 Naylor Road, Temple Hills, MD 20720 is summoned to show cause for alleged violations of Sections 6-201(r)(1)3, 6-201(r)(2)(v), 10-401(a)(iv) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Rules 7, 26(A)(1), 26(A)(2), 29 of the local rules and regulations of the Board of License Commissioners to wit: That on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at approximately 1:20 p.m., Chief Albert J. Fanelli of the Prince George’s County Board of License Commissioners observed a customer consuming a pint bottle of Vodka in the establishment.

6.      Peter Chang, President/Secretary, Class B, Beer, Wine and Liquor, t/a 51 Restaurant, Chestar, Inc., 3207 Naylor Road, Temple Hills, MD 20720 is summoned to show cause for alleged violations of Sections 6-201(r)(1)3, 6-201(r)(2)(v), 10-401(a)(iv) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Rules 7, 26(A)(1), 26(A)(2), 26(B)(4), 32, 51, 58 of the local rules and regulations of the Board of License Commissioners to wit: That on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at approximately 1:20 p.m., Chief Albert J. Fanelli of the Prince George’s County Board of License Commissioners observed a customer smoking a cigarette in the establishment.
