The Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) is the central source of human resources expertise and services for the County government. Services include recruitment, background investigations, classification, employee training and career development, administrative oversight of the pension plans’ funds, labor negotiations, records management, developing and monitoring personnel policy and procedures, and administration and management of health benefit programs for County employees and retirees.
