Sealed bids for interior painting services will be received by the Housing Authority of Prince George's County (HAPGC), 9200 Basil Court, Suite #208, Largo, MD  20774.

The Invitation for Bid document is available, at no cost, for pick up at the Office of the Housing Authority.  A $25 handling fee, payable via check to the Housing Authority of Prince George's County, is required to mail the document package to your location.  Bid documents can also be viewed and obtained electronically by clicking on the link below to download the document.

Housing Authority officials will meet all interested bidders at the site on Wednesday, July 9th at 9:30 a.m. for a tour of the property with a description of expectations.  A pre-bid meeting will  be held on the same date at 1:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority offices, 2nd floor conference room.

All questions and requests for information about the content of the document shall be directed, in writing, to Michael Jackson via, no later than         12:00 noon, Monday, July 14, 2014.

All bidders must adhere to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and payment of not less than the Maryland Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates as set forth in the documents.  HAPGC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding.  No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of the bid opening.

Request for Quotation for Hearing Officer


The Housing Authority of Prince George's County seeks a price quotation for a consultant to serve as a Hearing Officer. The Hearing Officer will fulfill federal requirements to provide the opportunity for an administrative review of the denial or termination of services to applicants and program participants in the Rental Assistance and Housing Assistance Divisions. These services will be procured in accordance with the Authority's small purchase procedures. Offerors who are interested in this opportunity must respond in writing. This request for a price quotation is not an offer to buy and should not be assumed as such.

Request for Proposal: Green Physical Needs Assessment and Energy Audit(HUD GPNA tool) (CLOSED)


The Housing Authority of Prince George's County (HAPGC) will accept competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals to conduct a Physical Needs Assessment utilizing the HUD GPNA tool for its public housing units. The work performed is to be compliant with HUD's new rule for Green Physical Needs Assessment.
