Upper Marlboro, MD –  Tomorrow, Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at 12:00 p.m., Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett, and Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III will convene at the Legislative Services Building Joint Hearing Room, 90 State Circle, in Annapolis to discuss the pressing need for greater State funding for public school construction.
