Members of the Prince George’s County Council to Join Baker for Bill Signing

Upper Marlboro, MD – Today Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III announced that he will sign CB-94-2013, the minimum wage bill, which was introduced and unanimously supported by the Prince George’s County Council.

“With our state and country’s economy moving into a modest upswing, it is absolutely essential that we increase the minimum wage rate for the countless men and women who work earnestly to provide for themselves and their families,” said County Executive Baker.  “I want to thank the County Council for their advocacy and collective commitment on this important issue.”
