Event to recognize County's Rain Check Rebate Program that earns homeowners cash money for approved stormwater retrofit projects.
Largo, MD – The Prince George’s County Department of Environmental Resources and the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) will host a Stormwater Innovations Tour on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. in Hyattsville to discuss the County’s efforts to reduce pollution from stormwater runoff. The County introduced its Rain Check Rebate Program earlier this year to assist homeowners, businesses and non-profits entities in recouping some of their costs for installing stormwater management practices covered by the program.
