– 2014 Prince George’s County Compensation Review Board submitted its report
and recommendations to the County Council during session on Tuesday, February
to Charter Section 308 and Charter Section 406, the Council may, within ninety
days of the receipt of the Compensation Review Board’s recommendation, amend
the recommendation by a vote of not less than two-thirds of the full Council;
otherwise the recommendation shall stand approved.

Board of Health to govern and guide health policy. The County Council
