concerning Assisted Living Facilities for the purpose of permitting Assisted
Living Facilities in the Mixed Use – Transportation Oriented) Zone under
CB-97-2013 Proposed DR-2 - An Ordinance
concerning Eleemosynary or Philanthropic Institutions for the purpose of
providing for eleemosynary or philanthropic institutions as a permitted use in
the O-S Zone and R-80 Zone under certain circumstances, and modifying certain
requirements for eleemosynary or philanthropic institutions in the R-80 Zone.
CB-87-2013 - An Ordinance
clarifying Tree Conservation Plan expiration dates and ensuring internal
consistency and conformance with state law.
CB-89-2013 - A Ordinance
amending the Zoning Ordinance to define a Table of Uses for the Mixed
Use-Infill (M-U-I) Zone.
CB-90-2013 - An Ordinance
amending the M-X-T Zone development regulations.

District Council on zoning and land use policy, and as the Board of Health to
