Prince George’s County Council Member Eric Olson (D) – District 3, will join Council Chairman Mel Franklin (D) – District 9 and County Executive Rushern L.  Baker, III to present a proclamation to local junior tennis champion Francis Tiafoe during a special ceremony on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, 9:45 a.m., County Administration Building, Council Hearing Room, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
 
Tiafoe is the youngest boys’ singles champion in the 67-year history of the Orange Bowl International, considered the “world championship” of junior tennis.  He trains at the Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) in College Park, Maryland.
