The Prince George’s County Council Committee on Transportation, Housing and the Environment (THE) will convene on Thursday, October 3, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in the County Administration Building, Committee Meeting Room 2027, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

CR-93-2013 - A RESOLUTION concerning State of Maryland Community Legacy Program For the purpose of approving the application by Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP), a Maryland nonprofit, to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for funding through the Community Legacy Financial Assistance Fund
 
CR-100-2013 -  A RESOLUTION concerning State of Maryland Strategic Demolition and Smart Growth Impact Fund For the purpose of approving the application by the Redevelopment Authority of Prince George's County to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for funding through the Strategic Development and Smart Growth Impact Fund
 
CR-61-2013 - “FINAL Work Session” A RESOLUTION concerning FY 2012-2022 Comprehensive Ten Year Solid Waste Management Plan For the purpose of adopting the Prince George’s County FY 2012-2022 Ten Year Solid Waste Management Plan as recommended by the County Executive.
 
CB-73-2013 –AN ACT concerning Residential Revitalization Tax Credit for Stormwater Management For the purpose of establishing a residential revitalization tax credit for certain stormwater management practices, setting the criteria and eligibility, and generally relating to stormwater management related revitalization in Prince George’s County.
 
CB-81-2013 - AN ACT concerning construction and demolition waste diversion for the purpose of adding requirements for construction and demolition waste diversion as part of solid waste recycling, establishing procedures and regulations and generally relating to construction and demolition waste diversion in Prince George’s County.
