The Prince George’s County Council Committee on Transportation, Housing and Environment (THE) will convene on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in the County Administration Building, Committee Meeting Room 2027, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
November 7th THE Committee Meeting agenda items include the following appointment and proposed legislation:
WSSC Appointment – Mr. Omar M. Boulware
CR-92-2013 A Resolution concerning the 2008 Water and Sewer Plan (August 2013 Amendment Cycle) to change the water and sewer category designations within the 2008 Water and Sewer Plan.
CR-116-2013 A Resolution approving and adopting the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice for Prince George’s County.
CR-134-2013A Resolution concerning Prince George’s County Construction and Demolition Diversion Work Group for the purpose of establishing the Prince George’s County Construction and Demolition Diversion Work Group to review and evaluate the creation and implementation of diversion of construction and demolition waste program for reuse, recycling and salvaging and to recommend appropriate policies and/or legislation for such a program in the County.
