Youth Strategies and Reentry Services
The Reentry Services program includes a referral service for returning citizens who were incarcerated in local, state and federal facilities. Youth Strategies provides programs and services to prevent and reduce juvenile substance abuse, juvenile delinquency, and to address the needs of juveniles involved in or at risk of entering the juvenile justice system.
