Welcome to the Prince George's County Animal Management Division web site. We appreciate your interest in our organization and the animals in our care. We invite you to visit the animals at our state-of-the-art Animal Services Facility. Lost animals and animals available for adoption can also be viewed through our web site. Prince George's County Animal Management Division is providing spay/neuter services at no cost to Prince George's County residents of low income communities.  To apply, please print and complete a Spay/Neuter grant application​

Animals being spayed/neutered must be current on rabies vaccination.  Any pet lacking a current rabies vaccination will be provided the vaccination at no cost.  Surgeries granted as funds permit.




The Wellness Clinic operated by the Spay Spot at the Prince George’s County Animal Services Facility is taking a break from the heat and temporarily suspending vaccination services during in July and August 2015. Vaccination services will resume normal operations in September 2015 (1st and 3rd Thursday of the month). The Spay Spot will continue to offer all the services related to spaying/neutering throughout the summer.​
