The Mission of the General Services Division is “to provide superior and responsive services to county agencies and the public while maximizing effectiveness and minimizing costs in the areas of Materiel Management, Records Management, Graphics and Reproductions, and Mail and Courier services to our internal and external customers.”

In addition to this mission the General Services Division is constantly looking at ways to improve customer service, increase revenue, and meet or exceed the challenges placed on us in an age of increasing change in both the workplace and the community at large. Our “Back to Basics - customer service leads the way” motto sums up a philosophy shared by each member of the General Services Team.

The Division performs a wide range of services including the following: Central Receiving, Warehousing and Delivery, Asset Management, Surplus Property, Confiscated Vehicle Management, Records Management, Graphics and Reproduction, along with Mail and Courier services.
