Thank you again to all of our firefighters, police, corrections, and public safety officers who protect us daily.&nbsp; I especially want to thank Riverdale Volunteer Fire Chief Charles Ryan, who was severely burned recently while on duty as a career firefighter for the District of Columbia.&nbsp;
