Where can I pay my bill online?
You may pay your designated bill or service online from any Internet source. Login to the County’s website to link to the Pay Online Site.
What are the costs for paying online?
There are no signup costs or subscription fees
The convenience fee for using an e-check from your checking or savings account is determined by each County service/Agency and will be a flat rate fee per transaction. See the Agency’s Website for specific payment information.
The convenience fee when using credit cards is a percentage-based or flat rate fee that varies depending on the card type and the bill/service you are paying. The convenience fee is automatically calculated based upon the type of credit card used and the dollar amount being paid and is shown on the payment page before your payment is submitted for processing. What if this website is down or for some reason I am unable to use this site?
Please be aware that interest and late payment fees will NOT be waived if the pay online website is inoperable for any reason or if data entry errors occur. If the website is inoperable, payments may be made by mail or in person (or by phone if this type of payment option is available for the service you are paying). However, the DUE DATE remains the same. It is up to you as the payer to make sure your bill or service is paid on time. Don't wait until the last minute!

Yes, your debit card will be processed like a credit card and you will not be asked to enter a pin number. The convenience fee is the same as the one for credit cards. The exact convenience fee amount will be displayed during the payment process prior to submitting the payment.

Is my information secure?
Our vendor, Govolution, uses the highest standards in Internet security. Account information displayed within the customer and biller portals is truncated (abbreviated) to protect confidential data.
Is my credit card and checking account information safe when I pay online?
Yes. Govolution will safely process all of your financial information using Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliant systems. This includes truncating (abbreviating) account numbers so that even the County Government Offices/authorized personnel cannot see your complete account information.
What is PCI Compliance and why is it so important?
Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance refers to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards which require businesses and entities that accept credit cards and software providers that transmit and/or store credit card information to comply with significant security policies, procedures and guidelines to protect the privacy of credit and debit card information. If entities that accept credit or debit cards are not PCI compliant, the credit card companies have the ability to levy significant fines on the offending parties.

Who has access to my account(s) within the County Government?
County authorized staff has access to your credit card information. No one will have access to your financial information. All check routing numbers and credit card numbers are truncated, so you never have to worry about security. As an added security precaution, your printed receipt will not show your full financial information.
