Join the Department As An Intern
The Educational Intern Program is designed to provide unique learning opportunities for those students interested in law enforcement.
The Program provides learning opportunities for persons interested in law enforcement. An intern must be associated with an educational institution or another organization that sponsors internships as part of an educational program.
Interns are placed where they will acquire experience associated with their educational program and also provide research and support to the Department. The department may limit the number of interns accepted based upon its needs and workload.

- Internship/Independent Study option for school credit only
- Enjoy working with people
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Own reliable transportation
What we expect of you:
Intern candidates must be in good academic standing with their institution or organization, must submit a Letter of Interest and Resume providing the following information:
The candidate must also have a letter of recommendation from their Department Chair or sponsoring instructor of their institution or organization. Send information to:
