The subject has a tattoo on his right forearm of a man bending down to a grave praying, tattooed on his left forearm "the faces laugh now cry later" and a Taz Manian Devil.

The subject was seen on foot in the area of 1227 Benning Road with an unknown rifle. The subject is known to hang in the area of Minnesota Avenue and B Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. (Greenway Apartments) as well as 1227 Benning Road #1, Capitol Heights, Maryland. The subject may be riding in an older model burgundy Cadillac with a black rag top, being driven by a male known as Manual.
