The Deputy Chief, Bureau of Patrol, is an executive level position under the direct leadership of the Chief of Police. The Deputy Chief of the Bureau of Patrol oversees operations for the Department’s six Patrol Districts, the Special Operations Division, the Community Services Division, the Professional Compliance Division and the Telephone Reporting Unit. Each component of the Bureau of Patrol conducts operations that support the primary goal of the Police Department: to fight crime while providing a safe community for the citizens of Prince George's County, Maryland.
