The Deputy Chief, Bureau of Investigation is an executive level position under the direct leadership of the Chief of Police. The Deputy Chief, Bureau of Bureau of Investigation oversees several Divisions, each commanded by a Major, to include the Criminal Investigation Division, Narcotic Enforcement Division, and Regional Investigations Division. Each Division conducts operations that support the primary goal of the Police Department: to fight crime to provide a safe community for the citizens of Prince George’s County, Maryland.
