Stand Down for Firefighter Safety

• Training is to be monitored at the Battalion Chief and/or Volunteer Chief level.
• The attached Stand Down Roster will be the only roster the Fire/EMS Training Academy will accept for this Stand Down.
• The rosters are to be sent in by the Battalion Chiefs and/or Volunteer Chiefs only. The design of the roster allows the documentation over several days.
• Original signatures are required(no photo copies of signed sheets or of multiple sheets with the same chief's signature photocopied). No Faxes!!
• Please have the Battalion Chiefs and/or Volunteer Chiefs submit a consolidated package of the rosters to the Fire/EMS Training Academy on Monday, April 27th(hand delivered is the preferred method).
