These fees include the following cases: Civil, Equity, Administrative Appeals (except WCC, Motor Vehicle, and Unemployment where fees are payable at the end of the case), Absolute Divorce, Visitation/Custody/Support/Paternity, Limited Divorce, Supplemental Complaint After Final Judgment for Limited Divorce, District Court Appeal and Habeas Corpus.
