Move Notice

Please be advised that due to the impending renovation of the Duvall Wing of the Courthouse, the offices listed below have relocated to the Circuit Court Annex. The Circuit Court Annex is located between the Courthouse and the County Administration Building (CAB) at 14701 Governor Oden Bowie Drive.

3. Office of the Clerk of the Court Auditors Office
4. Office of the Clerk of the Court File Room
5. Office of the Clerk of the Court Appeals Section

In addition, there will be eight (8) courtrooms located in the Courthouse Annex. They are to handle civil and family matters. The Circuit Court will begin holding courtroom trials in the Annex on Monday, May 13, 2002. The courtrooms are:

(All courtrooms in the Marbury wing of the existing Courthouse will remain operating during the renovations. These may be generally recognized by the "M” after the courtroom number, and include 057M, 058M, 059M, 060M, 061M, 062M, 063M, 064M 157M, 158M, 159M, 160M, 257M, 258M, 259M, 260M, 300 (M).

Once the move has been completed, you may locate the judges and offices in the following locations:

Furthermore, please be aware that between May 10th and May 17th, 2002, only judges, employees and attorneys with Maryland State Bar Cards with Prince George's County validation will be permitted to enter the Main Street Duvall wing entrance to the Courthouse. Please note that the general public, even if accompanied by an attorney, will not be permitted to enter this door, but will be directed to enter the Courthouse through either the District Court Commissioner's entrance or the Atrium (Pennsylvania Avenue) entrance.
